Mark Zaremskas graduated in December of 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction. Upon graduation, he began working as a project manager for a large commercial framing and drywall company in Orlando, FL. After a couple of years he was recruited by a local general contractor where he obtained valuable experience. This stepping stone then lead to a position heading up a small construction services division also located in Orlando. After several successful years running this division, Mark decided it was time to take the leap to begin a company of his own. 

Russ Cammack graduated in 1996 from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He started his career in Tampa, FL working for a large specialty drywall company as an estimator. Over his first three years in Tampa, Russ demonstrated drive and ambition and was quickly promoted to Senior Project Manager. In October, 1999, he was offered the top position as Vice President in the company’s Orlando office. This gave Russell an opportunity to expand his skills and experience running a company division. He oversaw and managed all aspects of the business including field operations, accounting and human resources. It was this experience and his entrepreneurial motivation that pushed him to go into business with his college friend Mark Zaremskas.
